  "published_requirement": "Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) ('The Council')  is seeking to engage with suppliers in advance of a future procurement exercise for a cloud-based Regulatory and Operational Case Management Platform.\nThe Council currently utilises a legacy case management solution across a range of services and is exploring replacement options that will support future service delivery, digital transformation, mobile working, data management and reporting requirements.\nThe Council is seeking a modern Software as a Service (SaaS) solution capable of supporting multiple service areas through a shared platform and data model.\nServices anticipated to be within scope include:\n\u2022\tEnvironmental Health\n\u2022\tEnvironmental Crime\n\u2022\tTrading Standards\n\u2022\tLicensing\n\u2022\tPrivate Sector Housing\n\u2022\tEmergency Planning\n\u2022\tOther related operational and regulatory functions\nThe Council's preferred approach is a single corporate platform, although modular solutions from a single supplier may also be considered where they provide integrated functionality and a seamless user experience.\nThe platform is expected to provide functionality including:\n\u2022\tCase management\n\u2022\tInspection management\n\u2022\tInvestigation management\n\u2022\tLicensing management\n\u2022\tEnforcement management\n\u2022\tDocument and evidence management\n\u2022\tWorkflow and task management\n\u2022\tMobile working capability\n\u2022\tReporting and dashboard functionality\n\u2022\tInformation governance and retention management\n\u2022\tOfficer safety alerting\n\u2022\tIntegration with existing corporate systems\n\u2022\tData migration from an existing legacy system\nThe Council is particularly interested in understanding how suppliers can support:\n\u2022\tCross-service working\n\u2022\tShared premises and entity records\n\u2022\tMobile and field-based operations\n\u2022\tCloud-first delivery models\n\u2022\tIntegration with GIS, LLPG and other corporate systems\n\u2022\tFuture use of automation and artificial intelligence\n\u2022\tFlexible configuration without supplier dependency\nThe Council intends to hold a supplier engagement session via Microsoft Teams.\nThe purpose of the event will be to:\n\u2022\tShare the Council's objectives\n\u2022\tPresent high-level requirements\n\u2022\tUnderstand market capability\n\u2022\tExplore implementation approaches\n\u2022\tGather supplier feedback on proposed procurement routes and contract structures\nThis market engagement exercise is intended solely to gather information and understand market capabilities.
