Hello Procurement team,

London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham's February 2026 market-engagement notice described a potential committee-management system to improve the service for staff and customers, with a January 2027 target start. I appreciate the engagement deadline has passed and am not suggesting it remains open.

If the need is still being shaped and no formal tender is live, Pura Support can deliver a focused discovery over 2 weeks for £5,000 + VAT: map the agenda, decision, action, document and publication workflow; define the minimum data structure; create a non-production staff/public concept; and provide a prioritised implementation roadmap. This excludes production hosting, live integrations, licences and ongoing support.
